Our work is to help leaders and teams face the hard, human things that quietly hold performance back: the tension nobody’s named out loud, the culture everyone’s gotten used to instead of fixed, the leader who’s technically in charge and privately feels unseen.
We hold space and serve as a mirror of truth and curiosity, staying in the room while it gets worked through. That’s how people grow in awareness, acceptance, and belief, and do their best work as their fullest selves.

It’s what we ask teams to practice out loud, in real time, especially on days when it’s uncomfortable or the direction is uncertain.

How We Work
As an advisor and facilitator, I partner with executive and senior leadership teams to design and lead immersive learning journeys. We target both large and small systems, provided they are innovative, growth-minded enterprises ready to try new things to activate and enhance their culture. We partner with teams and leaders where we can do serious inner work with flair, fun, and fulfillment as we go. We also walk alongside founders, entrepreneurs, and small boutique coaching companies building their own path to activate and expand their gifts and purpose at scale. Our approach draws on tools (the Enneagram, Energy Leadership, DiSC, etc) where appropriate to bring awareness to the whole human, not just the work persona many of us lead with today. Our founder, David leans into his yoga and somatic practice to keep us honest about true authentic presence in the body, and not only the mind.

Meet David
I’ve spent over 30 years building, scaling, and advising organizations before stepping fully into coaching and facilitation. That operator background still shapes how I work: I advise select organizations on strategy and culture as a fractional COO, and I bring that same grounded, results-oriented lens into every coaching room and offsite I lead.
